Default Streptomyces scabies (Potato Scab)

Looks like I made a mistake and used some chicken manure last year in my raised beds and got potato scab. I understand that PH lower than 5.2, high moisture are 2 methods of control. Also resistant potatoes help. Recommendation for resistant potatoes would help, what specific varities are best? Any other suggests?
Thanks
