Default Septoria Resistance through Rootstock?

Is it possible to confer Septoria resistance via (grafted) rootstock? If so, are there some varieties known to have such resistance? I'm thinking it's not possible, but couldn't find any info about it.

From my own experience with Septoria, plants seem to have little damage until heavy fruit set. Then it's downhill fast! That's what makes me consider the possibility.
