Ginny, anything applied once does not work. If rain washes it off it has to be reapplied. It works. I was lazy few times and problems came back. It is up to you.
DE helped me. I will be using it next year again.

PS
Post more pictures.

I will be starting few next week. They are for the cold greenhouse.

I used it twice on everything including two mandeville vine plants that had aphids and the aphids are gone and have been gone. So it seems like it worked to me... :-) i just didnt know if you had heard anything about using it in high humidity... :-) I will continue to use it.

That's okay I can get some at the store tomorrow but I did plant some in a container from the spice rack to see if they would grow.
They are fresh because I use several bottles of dill seed a year.
I looked on line and people have done it.
I do have to go to the store tomorrow because I ran out of beer last night.
If I cant go a day or two without beer something is wrong even at only 2 beers a day.

Thanks for the offer.
By the way dill is a grasshopper magnet here.

Do you mean if I don't grow it I'll see fewer grasshoppers in the garden?! I don't eat it but let them self-sow and grow because when they flower they attract so many beneficials.

I have no idea I grew some in a pot one time and they were eating it up.
I moved it to the top of a car and they still found it.

You should try dill in gravy or sauce.

Heres a picture of one of my seedlings finally transplanted into one of my six new earthboxes that I got for Christmas. I wont be able to see them again for two to three weeks. My neighbor is taking care of them. It will be interesting to see how they look in a few weeks when I get to go home for a few days.

They will just eat something else.

They love rose bushes here and will strip them clean.
