Have to admit, I do appreciate a warped sense of humor. (Especially in the dead of winter)
I'm just jealous. And the gases from those tasteless Whopper tomatoes have destroyed my brain cells. |

So, this got my curiosity going and I found myself eating a whopper today just so I could extract the seeds and grow them. Yes, I am aware it is 99% likely to be a hybrid, and one developed for all the wrong reasons, like shipping ability over flavor. The only issue I see is the seeds were not well developed, no doubt due to its being picked immature (green), shipped and gassed. But still I just got to try it for the fun of it.

Here is the type of slicer that was used many MANY years ago when I was working at Burger King. It was so long ago, I believe he was just Burger Prince.
