All you folks make me really hungry for eggplant now! (and I could have some taboule, too - love it)
My first sown eggplant is showing its first leaves, but it's an ornamental variety and I have understood it's not as tasty. Nevertheless, I'll try to cook it when it will be available. Anything tastes good with tomatoes and olive oil! |
