A little out of date since the I3 and I7 resistance genes have now been cloned, but still good overview of the subject. The arms race between tomato and Fusarium oxysporum

Bacterial speck tolerance is a target in the Florida breeding program. Very little resistance has been found in other species and virtually none is present in S. Lycopersicum. Meaning this is a very good opportunity to introgress some useful traits into domestic tomato. As usual with S. Habrochaites, there will be a ton of linkage drag to resolve.
