Interesting. I bought a red tomato from Kroger last month that originated in Italy and was pollinated by a bee, and was classified as a fruit and a vegetable at the same time, grown by MarkFeron under a snowbank in January in northern Wisconsin. But I ate it just the same. Sorta like cardboard. They all taste the same. At least it didn't kill me. I'll be making tea and salad from the leaves soon. Maybe that will kill me. Or maybe MarkFeron will.

I guess I better shut up before Carolyn kills me.

Thank you timcunningham. Tomato humor can be a strange thing. Like many oddities, you have to acquire a taste for it.

I guess I better shut up before Carolyn kills me.

Nothing at all to worry about Don, b'c I haven't killed anyone, I mean a documented human killing, since I think it was 2001 and I know it was in the Fall.

So you have nothing to fear since I'm usually on a ten year cycle as far as documented human killings go.

Carolyn, who is just sitting back and reading this thread b'c she's already busted almost any myth that anyone could introduce and just isn't in the mood to do any rebusting, if indeed that's even an accepted word as it applies to tomatoes and not part of the human female anatomy.

In the past we have always had more than enough food to counteract any tomato poisoning possibilities.

Now people pass on the ‘maters and fill up on Earl’s brings his pulled pig.

No fear of tomato deaths at a CHOPTAG Taste Fest.

Funny you should mention pulled pork. I'm getting a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker this week. Are you on the Smoke Ring forum, too, the bar-b-q site?

Gee, I think the data and interpretation here is getting far too technical/serious for me. I got torched twice for making silly jokes. I've been insulted here more in 24 hours than when MarkFeron did it five times in four days. I thought this was supposed to be fun.

Lurking again...sheesh...

Suze,

I agree; Group hug time. (only that group hug photo
looks more like a "pity-party" breaking out at an
Octoberfest Beer-a-thon.

I can hear the participants now: "Duuude!!! You know
I love ya, man!!!....JJ61

So is this implying that "rebusting" is an accepted word as it applies to the human female anatomy? Because, if it's an accepted word in that sense, it must mean that rebusting is possible. I could *really* use some rebusting. Or at least a decent rehanging...
