Postal rates are going up, starting on Sunday (I think). The first thing I'll try to do is package the seeds in a regular envelope which only requires a single first class stamp. But, the padding might be tricky.

Can I jump in for some melons? I can send you a SASE for Crimson Sweet, Orange Tendersweet, and Cream of Saskatchewan?

I got my present today! Thank you, thank you, Gary, for all your work and time. So much seeds, so little space
(must invade my parents garden again).

It's been a lost week, with the weather and T'ville being down almost every time I've been online. I'll try to send the new requests out early next week.

I do this too. I even put them on the pavement with a sign 'tomato plants for free'. They are always gone after 15 minutes.

One package returned, going back out. I think it was...

Cr B ID

The postal worker and I couldn't figure out why it was returned. The reason given was that it was over 13 ounces, but it was all processed correctly at the counter with correct postage, the added tracking barcode, etc...

I've had all sorts of issues lately with USPS sending things on bazarre journeys - just last week a package made it to my local PA post office and then took a trip to NYC (from which it still hasn't shown up!).

I was wondering if you had sent it. Will keep watching for it.

P.S. Was this a flat rate envelope?

A flat rate bubble mailer.

The flat rate envelopes can easily tear, or be easily torn. If one does use the envelope, it's best to put all items in a relatively strong package (like a 1-gallon freezer zip lock) first, and then put that into the envelope.
