Stacie, if it's right at home in your SW Missouri garden, it ought to be right at home in my NW Arkansas garden. Howdy neighbor!

Yeah, Darrell is a great guy. He tucked in the TYW's for me on my order. I'm really looking forward to trying this tomato. I've got blossoms opening on most of my plants.

Default Would love to try this one.

Ok just to start off saying hi to everyone. I am a very new to all of this. I attempted a garden last year and my husband had an attack of weeds. We did not know at the time that roundup would kill them all. (murderer)! Anyway I would really like to try this tomato next year. Anyone willing to share seeds? To be honest I have never had an Heirloom tomoato that I know of.
I am growing out several this year in hopes of finally trying my first. This tomato has really made me excited to see what I can grow! I can't wait to taste all the different flavors!

Yellow is one color I do not have this year and those tomatoes look very nice so I might be begging for seeds come next spring.

I don't know whereabouts in Texas you are, but there is a great opportunity to taste over 90 different heirloom tomato varieties coming up on June 21st. I'm talking about the South East Texas Tomato Fest. You don't have to grow tomatoes to come, and you can pick up some great growing advice at the event. We're also working on overhauling the website to include tips and step-by-step instructions.

Hope to see you at the 2nd annual 2008 SETTFest!

I'm not sure if I'm the source of Darrel seeds for TYW !!???
So many have gone out over the seasons ...
Tom, I sent some seeds to Darrel last fall, but have no idea if I was his only source. Very pleased to see he's offering plants of it, and also Linnie's Oxheart, another one I sent him.

I have one plant going in my garden and it looks great. I wrote in another post that it has a group of flowers but one is sticking straight up. Like a sunflower that's blooming. Funny. Just don't remember one so tall before. I'm keeping my eye on this one. It's very nice size too. So far so good here in N.C. I'll try to get a pic.

This was taken a day after the post. It has since bent over and hopefully going to pop a huge TYW out soon. I've paced a groove in my grass!! When this one bent over the other next to it took it's place and is standing tall.
