Right now, would love to be able to smell that tomato plant smell and then put my nose in the basil plants! It makes me feel peaceful to sniff basil plants, how weird is that??!!

Taste of KARMA PINK
Absolutely out of this world unreal good. The complexity of a beefsteak with just a bit more sweetness. Thick walled pericarp , the perfect amount of balancing acid in the seed gel. The right burst when you bite the firm flesh. Excellent mouthfeel. Just delectable. A small complaint is that they crack when it rains hard if they are almost ripe. 9.98/10, because I never give anything a perfect 10. As productive as this is, they are almost marketable.
Note in the photos, only 1 was fully time, but they all tasted great. I was going to save seeds, but once I tasted it, I had to go ahead and eat them. |

YAY!!!! oh so glad they met your experienced tastebud test!
so exciting! and best part? the black tasted even better to me... splitting is not a great characteristic but most tomatoes will split if rained upon almost ripe. If they taste good wet and split, they should taste even better if dry? Very Happy KARMA partner up here we will need some seeds sister but there will be lots as time goes on KarenO |

what would you say the DTM is for this one? How does it compare to other cherries planted at the same time?

What a treat to have such a flavorful tomato in December. Looks like an awesome seed producer too so we can all try next time. Yay KARMA!

That's wonderful that they tasted good.
If you sowed a few seeds from the ones that are ready now by just washing the gel off well, you could advance the F(x) another level and then ferment those seeds for Karen. |

These were transplanted October 11, I would say the first one reached full color 2 days ago, December 10th. So not quite 2 months to maturity for the pink. SunGold was about 48 days. The Rev. Michael Keys miltifloral was about 45 days to maturity. None of the other cherries are mature yet. This pink is way way better tasting than they are, but that red multiflora makes a fantastic salsa. I would never dream of making salsa with the KARMA PINK, it tastes too good.
