I accidentally broke this side shoot of Margaret Curtains few days ago. Just hid it under the okra. It looks happy there.

Vorlon (bl, PL) and Grandfather Ashlock (p, PL) next to each other.
Soon this tomato bed will be reaching the top of the scaffolds.

This sweet papers last year were super productive. I collected seeds to see if the pattern will repeat. Planted few this year. Some in containers and some in ground. So far they are doing good. I did not start seeds early, my loss.

OK, Blackberry... sooo good. I was afraid it would not taste as good as its sounds, but it is. The biggest of the 3 tomatoes was 11.1 ounces. As I am writing this, I keep on going to the other side of the countertop for another slice of it. Well, the tomato is almost gone and I have not finish talking about it yet.
Marsha/ginger2778 thank you for the seeds.

When I picked my first of the season Carbon it looked too pink. I was thinking: maybe its not hot enough. Plus, Carbon usually is not too dark. But, now I see it is pink tomato. I have crossed pollinated seeds. The shape, light lines coming from the center, taste is the same as Carbon have but different color.
The truth is, the fruits are delicious. Every single one I tasted was great. It was early too. I have harvested so far: 13.1, 8.7, 7.5, 9.9, 7.7, 5.7, 7.2, 10.9, 12.6 = 83.3 ounces = 5.2 pounds and it is only July 7th.
I am not complaining.
Here are the last two Not Carbon.

Fred Limbaugh!!! Wow!

It is soooo good. Sweet but complex taste, great with and without salt. I was planning to make sandwich with it, disregard... too good for the sandwich.

Love lilies. They are so easy to grow. I only water them if prolong drought hits. Which is rare.

Ella, I think those lillies are gorgeous, very unusual colors too. You are welcome for my seeds, and thank you for yours too.

I cant wait until you taste the Rebel Yells. If I recall, they were good even on the very first fruit, often I have to wait for about a month after the first ones on other plants.

I am so much enjoying these photos.
