I make different sauces.

1. I cook the tomatoes 1 hour, than I stripe them through a sieve and that sauce I cook
30 minutes in twist off glases.

2. I cook the tomatoes with onions, peppers, basil, chives, parsley and a chili, 1 half cup red wine and salt 1 hour - stripe them through a sieve and cook it in twist off glases.

Sorrry I don't much time at the moment because I have a lot to do...

Most of my tomatoes are ripe, seeds were made and now I can cook with tomatoes and give them away as a present...

This evening I made filled tomatoes (I took 8 tomatoes with 1 pound each one)
filled with chicken, eggplant, courgette and above Pesto...
