It's from my saved seeds, I grew it for seeds but it tastes so good. I don't have it marked in my records about where the originals came from.

Marsha, so that does mean Earl of Edgecombe isn't producing terribly memorable fruit in your garden?

Dwarf Wherokowhai (sure hope I spelled it right) Not a huge producer, but these beautiful bicolor fruit are about 8oz each. Fairly late but very good flavor.(7/10) Grows to about 3 ft tall , PL, rugose.

MarNarF6- Beautiful 9 oz red balanced not sweet at all fruit, not very productive so far, but great taste. This is RL, indet, bushy habit. Cross of Marianna's Peace and Neves Azorean Red. Great taste 8.8/10.

Rebel Yell- Oh how I love this pink PL beefsteak. This year it has med-low production but large 10-13 oz fruit, with SUPERB flavor. Texture is firm fleshed, perfect balance of if sweet and acid, and the extra stuff to give it that POW when you bite it. This has earned a permanent place in my garden.

Marsha,
I grew some Rebel Yell from seed you sent in last year's swap. I concur, they were delicious and I saved seed, will definitely be in my assortment this year.

Marsha,
Would you say this might be your favorite pink or is there another that you like a little more?

Thanks Gene and Robert. Al, this is probably my very very tippy top favorites but not very far behind at all are Elgin Pink, Olive Hill, Pruden's Purple. Really I can't live without any of them every year. Not Winsall is awesome too, so is McKinley .

There's so many wonderful pinks but only so much garden space ...

Throw in your cherry tomatoes, your gwr's, your purples, your favorites that you have to grow every season. Oh and then your dwarves...
