Do you guys save the seeds every year? I have a lot from last year, I'm not sure if they can last for a couple of years. I used the fermentation method.

Seeds stored in an airtight container under cool and dry conditions should last at least 5 years, and probably longer. Refrigeration will prolong their viability, but remember to let the container reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.
