Glad my package got there! I promptly lost the slip with the tracking number so I was walking around with fingers crossed for luck.

Can I have a pack of Orach? It's supposed to be a good sure substitute for spinach.
You can grow it in a mixed pot to substitute for coleus leaf color in sun. I grow pretty kales and amaranths in pots for that reason. Always sneaking food in with flowers!

I would also like some of the blazing star and the purple/red monarda.

Is that a Yosemite Sam or Sexy Woman mudflap? (Surely they taste different.)

My guess is that the regular Malabar Spinach is Yosemite Sam (think ice road truckers with frozen mudflaps), and the tender variety (if it exits) is Sexy Woman.

The pepper is probably Aji Escabeche (instead of Escameche)
