Tomato Leaf Spot ID?

Hi,
I started a few tomato seedlings and one developed this spotting and leaf curl. Any possible cause ideas? Thanks

I think I see some mites. I expanded your first and second photo, and that's what it looks like, not positive though.

I don't see any mites, and haven't used miracle grow..
