I have been wanting one of these for a while.
We have the wild common Texas Prickly Pear but not this one.

The more it is neglected the better the color gets.

I always wondered what the purplish colored ones were, or if they were just suffering from something. I see them a lot and they can be very pretty if in the right setting.
Do they still get edible fruit, I assume they do? I love tunas!

I think they do I know they have fruit as you can see in the picture.
