source for herb plugs

Anyone have a source for herb plugs? Looking for rosemary, thyme and tarragon.

Harris lists plugs for many herbs in their catalog.

Carlin Sales (greenhouse supplier) has what they call "Plug Days" at their stores, 1 day / week, usually from the end of Feb til early April. They have a store in the Minn area. Check their web site the nite before for the list of "expected varieties".
