I will be the lone dissenter because I just don't care for Wes or most of the other hearts. I find most of them too dry and lacking in that rich tomato flavor that I like. I do find them great for putting up in sauce since there is so little juice with few seeds and so many of them are huge and productive. I will probably plant a few this year for preserving but not for eating. I have found only a few hearts that I like enough for fresh eating and the top for me was Donskoi followed by Fish Lack Oxheart. The ones that I found the most productive were Wes, Linnies Oxheart, Gildo Pietroboni, Oleyars German, Anna Russian and Kosovo. Some are red and some are pink.
