sugarmagnolia Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Aug 2015 Location: New York Posts: 3	Sunflower stalks? My sunflowers have all died back, and the birds are enjoying the seeds. Can I throw the stalks in the compost pile? What about the remaining parts of the flowers? Also, someone told me not to compost tomato plants. Is this true?
