I have a few options, hacksaw, saws all, or right angle grinder with a cut off wheel.
I cut everything over sized and work it down with a bench grinder and finish and square with a file.
It is a lot of work but it keeps my mind occupied and out of trouble.

I bought a cheap Chinese drill press vice the other day.
I didn't like the finish on it so I spent the afternoon and part of the night milling all of the contact surfaces with a file.
Then it was honed with a dead flat honing stone.

The thing is like glass, square and flat.
