Default BIG Potato Harvest

So I started a potato plant about a month and a half ago because I had a golden fingering that didn't get eaten spout in the house. Plant grew fast in a 5 gallon pot, but died the other day after a windstorm. I dumped out the pot yesterday and and had this massive harvest waiting for me... it was just for a bit of fun, (I grow tomatoes not potatoes) but just may grow a few plants in the garden next spring. I came home from work today, and my wonderful wife had them all set to go with dinnertasted darn good, what little I had!
