Default Just One Plant

Wondering if anyone has an id for this ........ three photos from same plant. Weather has been perfect here on the coast last few months, but just went through a few days of heavy rain. The majority of my plants are looking fabulous, but it seems the ones I plant at this location are always the least healthy - more exposure to the elements.

Interesting bit is that this is a black - and in the past I've had this happen to many of my blacks ..... just noticed this yesteray when I was taking individual photos of all my tomato plants. Have since removed all visibly affected foliage
