Default pepper newbie

This is my first year of growing bell peppers. I had purchased some beautiful bells from a local market a while back and saved the seeds and germinated them. I sowed 30 seeds with 100% germination. the pepper i purchased was approx 8 inches long by about 4 inches in diameter. It was a beautiful red color and was sweet as sugar. Any tips on growing? I live in zone 5b, New york state. Thanks, ED
