Went to garden yesterday some of the soft neck garlic was ready to dig, then looked at the potato patch a few plants had died back (I probably should have watered more) so I decided to dig them up also... mmmmmm new potatoes. I think I'll have creamed peas with new potatoes and a few golden shallots for supper!

Do you ever cream new potatoes with green beans?

My Wife and I were just talking about what to eat for tomorrow's Fathers Day meal. The meat is going to be a couple of grilled NY Strip steaks. The package of two steaks weighs 1.31 lb. My wife won't be able to eat all of hers, so I'm thinking about small/medium baked potatoes as the side. A true steak and taters meal.
