In a nutshell the same length of time that non-hybrid seed keeps. A seed is a seed, and while the genes in the DNA may differ, and do, the endosperm of tomato seeds is the same.

As I see it, all tomatoes we grow are hybrids, or at least started off that way. Just some have been inbred long enough that the nut never falls far from the tree, lol.
