Default Does anyone have a recipe for pickling pepperoncinis?

Hi! I'm growing pepperoncinis for the first time this year and I'm having trouble finding a canning recipe for them. My goal is to get that store bought taste; or like the ones that come with a Papa Johns pizza. Does anyone have a recipe they can share?

60 grams salt in 1L water. Boil, pour hot on the peppers in a jar. In the jar should be also 1-2 garlic cloves. Put something (like thick wood splinters properly positioned) to keep them from floating to the surface (will happen at some point), must always be in the water. Don't cover tight. Pour salty water from time to time if needed (fermentation will make it go out at first). Wait a few weeks. Eat or cover tight when you think the taste is fine.
