With fairly obscure varieites, you may be the only member
who has grown it. This would be especially true with stabilized chance crosses that showed up in a packet of something else or were simply found in someone's row of plants planted from seeds that they saved themselves. Alternatively, people may know it by another name.

I grew it this year and it looked mostly like the striped fruit in the upper left of your photo. Mine were a little more oblong though.
