They look so nice and comfortable! GMG looks pretty large for May photo, wow.

My tomato plants in May looked pretty rough.

I also got 1 RL seedling out of my 5 GMGs this year, and I am growing it to see what it will be. GMG seems to have this instability, at least in the seed line I got from Grub back in 2006.

Your June plants look amazing! You must have had some nice warm weather out there.

yes i have red about GMG and the possibility of anything from RL plants with green maters to PL plants with red cherries. i have a couple large tomatoes on the plant now so i know its not the cherry version

as for weather its been rainy and pretty average. i did start my plants a little early and plant them as deep as the container would allow so the root balls are prob massive right now.

i also think in the spring when weather isnt the warmest having your plants in black pots and on a dark stained deck will def keep the plant nice and warm and happy.

hopefully this does bite me in the butt come the hot summer days.

i know i can also move plants and paint or cover black pots but i hope i dont have to
