Marinated Turnips
This recipe is for one pint jar of marinated turnips but you can make as many jars as you want.
4 medium turnips, peeled and cut into ¾” cubes (for 1 pint jar)
Pack cubed turnips into a pint jar. To each pint jar, mix up and add the following:
3 TBS white vinegar
3 TBS salad oil (canola or other)
1 clove garlic, crushed
¾ tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp salt
Cover tightly and refrigerate, shaking occasionally. These will keep a long time.
