I didn't know it was preferable to use small seed potatoes and avoid the whole cutting process.

I have some smaller and some larger. The larger I will cut in 1 1/2" pieces and let them scab over for a day or two and then toss them all in wettable sulfur, like the instructions I've read say.

Should I spritz the potatoes with a spray bottle of water (or other goodies like kelp emulsion) at any point?

Next time I will try to get all small tubers so no cutting is required.
