I didn't see anything at GRIN that specified that they actually wanted documentation - just a little blurb that they do not "ordinarily" provide germplasm to home gardeners and have had immense success getting stuff because I am a homeschool teacher
Not being a botanist myself, I would not have a clue what to do with the stuff if I had it.
