I pulled a brisket point from the freezer this morning to brine. I think I'm a day or 2 late but it's happening.
I'm up and just finished a crazy kraut made up recipe and cooling the brine for the brisket to take a spice bath. If I don't post pics you know it was terrible..
It's going on the smoker too. Pastrami wanna be but it might be good, we'll see!
