The color on the screenshot of that video got me instantly thinking that I will try making some this weekend! I remember the first time having a plate of pasta made from tomato dough but I am pretty certain that was factory made, what can be completely different experience from anything home-made. Aware of that, I have made the tomato dough a few times from this recipe and worked quite well, but my color of the dough was not nearly as bright as in this video, so yeah, your video is awesome, and I will definitely have to find time for this.
