I think i'll take a two day drive and a ferry ride soon to re-stock
(one year i bought the entire cardboard display of little packets as they were out of the containers)

Worth, keep some of that good Austin Boudin in your freezer...
I like to keep all sorts of pints and 1/2 pints of homemade broths and broth with beans and rice with broth/w greens etc etc and mix and match for a quicky meal.
The lamb was fantastic, pink and tender. So much left over! Looking at recipes now and then froze some thick slices for later...tonight will be a Souvlaki taco-ish thing.
