Costco uses the small mini cupcake papers. Good thing they sample as so much of the
jarred/frozen processed stuff is crap.
That giant jar of three bean salad must have 3 cups of sugar in it....
It is the same here as far as I know. There are numerous food vendors at this market and I would guess they would be required to have a license.
