wait! you live in texas! what's the temps there?
my blueberries flower at the start of winter here (day temps 60+, night temps down to upper 30's)...then the fruits are ready, well, NOW. i'm eating them right now. we are two weeks out from the summer solstice. day temps now should be stinking hot, but aren't yet. and night temps are usually in the 70's at this time of year.

does this sound a bit like your climate?
if so...your blueberries may be doing *exactly* the correct thing at this time.
