I think those peppers labelled pepperoncinni are Shi★★★★o based on the shape. An oven roasted Shi★★★★o with olive and salt prior to roasting is one of my favorite vegetables - if you try it, don't roast too much, you don't want them mushy, just soft. Your entire set up is just gorgeous. I'm jealous and inspired! Well done!
