Depending on where you're at in Georgia, if you grow roselle again, we've added another roselle variety that might do even better for you --

(We're trialing it in Virginia this summer to see how it compares to Thai Red Roselle here -- I'm guessing that it'll be daylength-sensitive, and that it'll mature later than Thai Red Roselle here... we'll see!)
