If you ever do decide to buy a lathe stay away from old south bends and such.
TheyDer.e antiques best left for the museum.
Many are wore out to the point of if not being practical to fix.
You wont find these unfixable problems until you get it home.
What I need is some way to cut steel besides a cut off wheel on a right angle grinder.
