Save yourself a lot of grief, and just go to Lowes and buy the 31 gallon Rugged Tote that I recommend in the Guide. They carry a Lifetime Guarantee, so spending a few more Dollars initially is well worth it. Out here in San Jose, they now cost $13.26.
