Of the North Carolina State University varieties, Bejo has the rights to produce Fletcher, Mountain Magic, Plum Regal and Mountain Merit. All except Mountain Merit appear to be available at this time, although for quite a steep retail price both in small packets or bulk seed.

Mountain Merit (NC 1 CELBR x NC 123S) has great appeal in certain regional markets due to its resistances to root knot nematodes, tomato spot wilt virus, late blight, and early blight. From the parents it would appear that Mountain Merit will have a strong determinate growth habit. With yellow leaf curl virus resistance added, this would be a nearly bulletproof tomato! Hopefully, Bejo will have it available soon.
