Quick Chilli.

11/2 to 2 pounds of ground chuck, (I had a 1/2 pound patty last night for dinner).
11/2 hand fulls of chili powder.
1 tbsp of garlic powder.
1 tbsp onion powder.
1 tsp cumin.
1/4 tsp salt.
1/2 hand full paprika.
1/4 tsp red pepper and any other hot pepper to taste.
1 can of hominy.
1/2 cup of V/8 juice low sodium.
If you use regular V/8 omit the above salt.
About 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water more or less.

Drain hominy and run through a food processor until it is a thick paste.
Brown meat in a skillet and chop up with a spatula.

Put all ingredients in a kettle/sauce pan and simmer until you cant stand it anymore.

Cooking time 45 minutes to one hour.

Eating it now.
