Just to clarify for us special people. When you say the following
"Put the finished rice water solution in a bigger container and add 10 parts milk (I use skim)."
Does that mean I put 1 cup of rice water to 10 cups of milk? or 1 fl oz to 10 fl oz? Am I understanding that ratio correctly? Thanks.
