This has been a very busy week and I neglected picking peppers. My daughter came a few days ago and picked herself a basketful. This is what I picked today and there are plenty still on the plants. The Golden Treasures are so heavy the stems are laid over the supports, I went ahead and picked a few of the still green ones. Hubby has eaten all of the cowboy candy and asked for more. It's too hot for me, I am going to grow a milder variety of jalapeno next year along with the MUCHO NACHO. My freezers are full of peppers which I am not complaining about.
Now to go pick some beans, they have been crazy good this year too. Going to grow even more next year. I think I really should start doing some canning. I'm a little intimidated by it even though my Dad and Grandmother canned just about everything imaginable
