Take a pic of the slice across, not a wedge.
Sometimes you can narrow it down. SC is a good guess.
If you have the peace lily tag you can look up the grower and see
what tomatoes they offer or offered last season. A long shot.
Could have traveled in the soil from anywhere. If it was from the
grower it would have sprouted much sooner me thinks.
