Is that all three; fruit cake, marzipan, and icing, stacked together?
Closest I can come to that is assorted candies (think just about anything) glazed with royal frosting.
Helping build ~100 gingerbread houses in an evening is where that sugar rush happens. The children, they go directly for the royal frosting, squeezing it right out of the pastry bags straight into their mouths
