This soup is turning out amazing.
I have no idea why I never thought about using beef sweetbreads before.
Added hot smoked Spanish paprika whole chili arbol and garlic powder.
This is NOT anything you will find in any Text Mex restaurant.

I just wish my camera or something didn't wash out the bright red color it is.
