LOL . Different strokes for different folks. Same 2 chefs above with 60 day aged $$$$ cuts of meat.

Not smoking but when grilling

A - does low and slow and then the char
B - straight up fire . No souls vide, no reverse sear

At least we ain’t talking about gas grillin - pfft
