Steens has a recipe but I haven't made my mind up yet.
All I am really interested in is the batter.
Thinking about re-hydrating the fruit in bourbon and rum just not bourbon and rum mixed.
Came home and crashed, been a hard stressful week head stopped up and eyeballs hurting from the weather.
